Roane County Employer's Association - Improving Human Performance: A Primer
Please join us for lunch on Tuesday, July 9th for
Improving Human Performance: A Primer
Presented by Anne Scott, CPLP, Talent Management Lead for Humana
The Human Performance Improvement process provides you with with a structure to follow on what can often be a not-so-systematic path. In addition to identifying human performance gaps and their possible solutions, this standardized approach offers the ability to measure and evaluate the success of your efforts, eliminating guesswork.
In this session, we'll explore the field of HPI with a broad overview to get you thinking about how you can shift from knowledge, to behavior, to outcomes by working backward.
We'll dig into the Association for Talent Development’s (ATD) HPI Model and practice writing outcomes to get you started on your journey toward impacting performance!
Join Anne as she introduces us to the ATD Human Performance Improvement (HPI) Model and:
- Provides an overview of the HPI
- Identifies the steps in the HPI Model
- Shows how to create value-based outcomes and
- Reflect on how to incorporate HPI principles into learning work
