Active shooter incidents are often unpredictable and evolve quickly. In the midst of the chaos, anyone can play an integral role in mitigating the impacts of an active shooter incident.
As a trained Crisis Manager, with extensive experience with conducting risk-based assessments, Ricky Hill has a developed a process to protect personnel and systems infrastructure against the threat of active shooters and work place violent events. His mission is to train you to “BE PREPARED and STAY PREPARED”.
This training will show you how to:
- Identify your risk
- Develop
- Protection planning
- Response planning
- Business recovery planning and
- Business continuity planning
We must be vigilant in our efforts to protect ourselves and others…this requires preparation.

We meet in the Dunbar Building, ground floor cafeteria faculty lounge.
Fees/Admission
Lunch is provided to Roane County Employers’ Association (RCEA) members and first-time guests of non-member organizations. Additional attendees from RCEA member organizations pay $15 to attend the meeting. Lunch is provided at the meeting. The first-time representative of non-member organizations are our guest, other non-members pay $20 to attend the meeting.
