FREE Tax Help - Hosted by the Roane County United Way
The Roane County United Way is offering FREE Tax help Wednesday and Thursday of each week from 12 - 4 pm. You are encouraged to make an appointment or Returns will be first come, first served. Remember taxes are due April 18th this year.
What is covered?
- FREE basic tax returns & efiling (Includes earned Income Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit, Student Loan Deductions and more.
- Electronic refunds generally received within 21 days
- Sorry, no state returns
- Photo ID & Social Security Card(s) for all dependents
- All forms (W-2, 1099 and 1095-A)
- Information for other income
- Information for all deductions/credits
- Copy of last year's return
