Calling all makers, crafters, homegrown, vintage, online and local retailers! The Roane Chamber invites you to participate in the 1st annual Jingle & Mingle Market at The Barn at Maple Creek.
Booth Sizes & Prices:
- (22) 10'X10' covered indoor booth space: Roane Chamber Members $50; Non-Members $75
- (2) 10'X20' covered corner booth space: Roane Chamber Members only $80
- (2) 20'X20' room with furniture, dressing room & electricity: Roane Chamber Members $150; Non-Members $200
- (4) 10'X10' covered patio booth space: Roane Chamber Members $40; Non-Members $75
- (3) 10'X20' outdoor trailer space: Roane Chamber Members $40; Non-Members $60
- In order to participate vendors must be a retailer, with items for sale at the event;
- Roane Chamber member businesses will be given priority placement for their booth, but you do not have to be a member to participate;
- Setup begins at 10am on Sunday, November 8, with all booths set up before noon; there will be no setup available on Saturday;
- Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs and other setup needs;
- Vendors are responsible for setting up and tearing down;
- Teardown is not permitted until 5 pm;
- all booths need to be completely empty and clean by 6:30 pm;
- Vendors are encouraged to follow safety protocols, including helping maintain social distancing for customers at your booth;
- Wifi is available at the barn, but the Roane Chamber and The Barn are not responsible for bad connections or problems with vendor's abilities to get online;
- Electricity will not be provided, and is only available for a limited number of booths and must be reserved in advance, on a first-come, first-serve basis;
- For those with electricity reserved, vendors are responsible for own heavy-duty extension cords;
- The Roane Chamber nor The Barn at Maple Creek are not liable to vendors for lost or stolen items;
- Vendors are responsible for making their own sales, using credit cards and having plenty of change for cash;
- Booth fees are NONREFUNDABLE - this event is rain or shine;
- No resale of booth space permitted;
- Vendors are responsible for all income tax reporting.
This is a FREE ADMISSION shopping event open to the public. The Barn at Maple Creek is the largest event venue in Roane County, and will provide a spectacular covered indoor/outdoor venue for vendors to showcase their merchandise. For shoppers, Christmas music will get them in the holiday spirit, they can cozy up to a fire in the covered patio area to rest their feet, and enjoy popular food trucks, beverages and desserts in a bistro setting with socially-distanced tables and chairs on the lawn at the Jingle Bell Bistro.
Social distancing and other safety protocols will be recommended and encourage with signage and announcements at the event.
