Celebrating 16 years of serving children, families & communities.

This year's Hoof to Heart Celebration Dinner will be raising awareness and funds to support the students and schools, who lives are forever changed through traumatic events.  Whether death, divorce, substance abuse or absence of a parents...these young minds struggle to find a place to fit in, make sense of it all and be successful.

Make a difference in the life of a student and be a part of this year's Celebration!  Enjoy music, silent and live auction and first hand stories from the students and families.
