TOSHA's updated recordkeeping rule is set to become enforceable in Tennessee, January 2015.
The new law expands on the list of severe injuries and illnesses that employers must report to TOSHA and updates the list of industries that are exempt from recordkeeping requirements. The recordkeeping course will provide a review of current requirements along with a review of the changes and how they will affect your industry.
At this seminar, the student will get the information needed to record cases correctly, and will learn when cases should not be recorded. Correctly recorded data should also be used effectively in your facility to help maintain a safe and healthy workplace. This workshop provides practical hands-on training and information on the recordkeeping system and the OSHA 300 log.
