DESCRIPTION:We're thrilled to host the annual Oak Ridge Christmas Parade on Saturday\, December 13.  \n\n\n\nThis year's theme is "A County Christmas".  \n\n\n\nWe're proud to offer free entry to any family or organization that would like to be a part of the fun.  For organizational purposes\, this event requires registration and an additional form completed.   Don't wait until the last minute to sign up\, as we have a strict cut off of 12 pm on Friday\, December 5!  Contact the Events & Program Director\, BreAnna Robinson at events@orcc.org with any questions or registration challenges.  You should receive a confirmation email after registering with important information and a link to submit more details on your entry for the day of.\n\n\n\nEvery year\, this event is broadcasted live thanks to BBB TV Communications.  You can even opt into the contest below\, judged by several Chamber members.\n\n\n\nContest details: (optional participation)\n\n1.    Spectacular Sparkles Award: given to any entry that presents an outstanding display of lights and/or other type of illumination.\n\n2.    Elfin Magic Award: given to the outstanding entry featuring children as the main par of the entry.\n\n3.    Spirit Award:  Given tot he entry that has the most enthusiasm during the parade.\n\n4.    Director's Award:  Given to the best walking/marching group.\n\n5.    Chamber Award:    Given to the overall outstanding entry presenting and illustrating the parade them - A Country Christmas.\n\n6.    Judge's Award:  given to the entry that has the best overall originality\, creativity\, appearance\, and uniqueness of decorations.:
