The 8-10 will swim 50 meters\, bike 1 mile and run half a mile. The 11-12 year olds will swim 75 meters\, bike 1.5 miles\, and run a mile. They can also do relays (sections)  with other kids and genders. \n**All Participants must provide their own bike and wear bike helmets \n\n\n\nFREE SHIRT for those who register by Tuesday at 4pm
