To celebrate\, the Roane State Foundation invites you to its "Farewell to Downton" event on Saturday\, March 12 at 2 p.m. at the Princess Theatre in downtown Harriman.\n\nThe event will feature refreshments\, entertainment by the Roane State Celebration Singers and Jazz Band\, and a live auction. Proceeds will help provide scholarships for Roane County students in Roane State's Middle College program. The program allows students to finish high school with their diploma and a two-year associate degree from Roane State.
