DESCRIPTION:Join me for a lecture by Adam Keown\, Cybersecurity Expert for Tennessee Valley Authority\, entitled: "Enterprise Cybersecurity: Organization\, Job roles\, and Information security".\n\n\n\nBIO: Adam has been a program manager in the TVA Cybersecurity Risk Management team since 2016. In his role\, he is responsible for understanding cybersecurity risk at TVA and communicating risk issues to leadership and TVA business units. Adam's previous experience includes being an Information Security Practice Manager at TEKsystems where he was helping design and implement cybersecurity principles for Fortune 500 companies. Adam was also a Special Agent with the FBI and provided expert witness opinions on technology in federal cases\, media relations\, and classified presentations to the Library of Congress. For over a decade\, he led cyber investigations involving terrorism\, national security\, criminal intrusion\, child exploitation and fraud. He began his career in information technology at North Georgia Electric. He received his bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga holds multiple information security certifications.
