This is an exceptional opportunity to maximize your firm's advertising dollars by meeting with procurement representatives from various local\, state and federal governmental agencies under one roof at one time. This year\, as in previous years\, we anticipate 30 governments will participate! We also anticipate 300 vendors attending the event! This event allows small/mid-sized businesses to meet with governmental agencies\, create relationships to build future business opportunities\, learn about "doing business" with the entities and to meet with private sector vendors. \n\n\n\nThere are several possible ways to participate in this event:\n\n As an attendee to meet with Matchmakers and Tradeshow Vendors. In addition to the meetings\, you will receive a registration packet which will include entity names\, contacts\, and a list of anticipated bid opportunities for the fiscal year.\n\n\n\n As a Tradeshow Vendor for a fee of $300 (standard booth)\, $600 (double booth) or $950 (premier booth). You meet with Matchmakers and attendees\, have lunch with the Matchmakers and set up a booth to display your goods and services.\n\n\n\n You may also register for a "Meet-N-Greet" Breakfast for $25 per person (8:15-8:50 a.m.) with the procurement officials at the event.
